We will first meet to evaluate the available data the business has collected and discuss how we can utilize the tools at our disposal. We will also talk about any metrics we should start collecting to get a better picture.

Every business needs a regular audit of their processes and performances in order to have an accurate view of what is working well and what needs improvement.
Data Driven Recommendaiton
From the data that was collected and, we will do a thorough analysis and give you a clear 90-day action plan on our recommendation and why we gave those recommendations.
Optional Monthly Advisory Meetings
After the recommendations are given, it is up to you to implement those changes but we can follow up to check in to review KPIs and how the implementation is going.
