We will first meet to evaluate the available data the business has collected and discuss how we can utilize the tools at our disposal. We will also talk about any metrics we should start collecting to get a better picture.

We will come to your business on a day of your choosing to gather data, interview staff, and collect information as needed so we can formulate a strategy that works for you.
Data Driven Recommendaiton
From the data that was collected, we will do a thorough analysis and give you a clear 90-day action plan. This will include overarching strategies to accomplish your objectives, and solid deliverables from each part of your organization.
Follow up meetings
After the recommendations are given, it is up to you to implement those changes but we can follow up to check in to review the state of deliverables and how the implementation is going.
